REFUND POLICY
At Blendem, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee on all Blendemm Blenders. This 30 day return policy allows you to request a full refund 30 days after you received your item. The date that you received your item is stated in the tracking and you will be informed of the date that you have received the item.
You can contact us at support@blendemm.com with header being "Return: (your order number)". Please also do include the contact details on your checkout and indicate any defects, if any. Items received with defects without indicating during eligibility will be rejected for returns. Also, provide any receipt or proof of purchase. All returns have to be eligible before we approve the return.
To be eligible for the return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it - original packaging. There are circumstances where partial or no refund is granted: item shows signs of usage or item not in original condition, damaged or with missing parts. Once item is eligible for return, we will then proceed with the return process - we will send you the instructions for return. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item and shipping costs are not refundable. Do note that items sent to us without first initiating a return request will not be accepted and Blendemm will not be responsible.
Items with defects upon receiving have to be let known to us immediately so that we can initiate a replacement immediately for you. It will be covered under warranty. You may send an email to us at warranty@blendemm.com
We will notify you the approval of return once we have received and inspected your returned items. If approved, you'll be refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Take note that your bank or credit card company can take some time to process the refund too.
